What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise mobile applications supporting field-based operations.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into effective application solutions.
• Configure, test, and support application enhancements, releases, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Promote user adoption by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users.
• Ensure application compliance with governance, security, and change management processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting enterprise mobile applications within complex business environments.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Mobile and/or IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and field operations.
• Experience supporting mobile workforces in utilities, energy, or infrastructure industries.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Must be based in the UK for hybrid work in Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Edinburgh.

Nice to have

• Experience with Skylark Transfer of Control.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) principles.
