What you will do

• Develop and ship native Android features using Kotlin.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs ensuring stability, security, and reliability.
• Optimize app performance, reduce crash rates, and improve memory usage.
• Implement AI-assisted experiences using TensorFlow Lite to enhance user journeys.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge case handling.
• Experience with REST API integration and production debugging.
• Based in the UK to support a hybrid work model.
• Strong English communication skills.
