Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale, complex systems.
• Deep expertise in AI and Machine Learning, specifically building autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs with external tools and APIs.
• Proven ability to define technical strategy and influence senior leadership.
• Strong track record of technical leadership in agent-based solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science or related field with AI/ML specialization.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and reasoning engines.
• Proficiency in C++ and production-grade service development.
