We are an international game development company focused on creating high-quality mobile games loved by players worldwide.
We're looking for an experienced CTO to lead our engineering team, shape the technical vision of our products, and drive the development of scalable game infrastructure.
🔺 Responsibilities:
• Build and develop the engineering team, including hiring and evaluating candidates
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers
• Define development processes and ensure their continuous improvement
• Plan, decompose, and prioritize technical tasks
• Oversee task execution and delivery timelines
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Design and improve client-server architecture
• Optimize application performance and conduct profiling
• Collaborate closely with product and game development teams
🔺 Requirements:
• Strong commercial experience with Go and C# (Unity)
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Confident use of Git and modern development workflows
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
