📍 Remote role, with overlap hours from 12:00 to 18:00 Manila time.

Salmon Group is looking for an HR Data Analyst to help build a modern HR analytics function by consolidating HR data, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that support business decisions across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:
— Consolidate HR data from multiple systems while ensuring data quality and consistency
— Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting for key HR areas
— Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level reports
— Translate business questions into analytical projects and actionable recommendations
— Lead end-to-end HR analytics initiatives from requirements gathering to implementation
— Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities using predictive and diagnostic analytics
— Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, support ad-hoc requests, and strengthen data-driven decision-making

What they’re looking for:
— 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics
— Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology, or a related field
— Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, dashboarding, and data visualization
— Experience building predictive analytics models and delivering actionable business insights
— Proven experience leading cross-functional analytics projects in fast-paced environments
— Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end project leadership skills
— English proficiency at B2+ level
