What you will do

• Build and maintain backend systems using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Develop frontend features using React and modern bundling tools like Vite or Esbuild.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude Code to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and security.
• Write unit tests and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and APIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain, Italy, France, or Romania with a valid work permit.
• Fluent English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-stack development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL 8, and React.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and modern frontend bundling tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience in high-load or enterprise-scale software environments.
