TL;DR
Fullstack Software Engineer (PHP/Laravel/Vue): Building and evolving the systems powering a property technology business with an accent on scalable backend services, modern frontend interfaces, and maintainable software design. Focus on decomposing complex requirements, developing REST APIs and new features, and applying automated testing and SOLID engineering principles.
Location: Hybrid in the United Kingdom, with very occasional travel to London
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per year

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy new features and products across the product portfolio.
- Break down complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, Product, QA, and other business stakeholders.
- Write concise, SOLID, and extensible code that supports future scalability.
- Contribute to the improvement of engineering practices, systems, and products.
Requirements
- Strong object-oriented programming skills with PHP.
- Experience with the Laravel framework.
- Experience with automated testing and source control.
- Experience building REST APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SASS.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Vue or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Experience with Go.
