What you will do

• Maintain help center content across multiple languages using manual updates and AI-driven workflows.
• Deploy and monitor AI agents to automate repetitive content tasks.
• Support Content Specialists with end-to-end project execution and data entry.
• Keep internal guidelines, prompt libraries, and process documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with the Community Relations team to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a Degree/Master’s degree in France (eligible for a 1-year apprenticeship contract).
• Must be physically located in France (no online or abroad schools).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Genuine passion for AI tools and automation.
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to operational tasks.

• Previous internship or project experience in content writing, translation, or digital operations.
