💰 Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 / month

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ 3+ years of frontend development experience, React/Next.js/TypeScript as core stack
2️⃣ Experience with Web3 wallet integration (Wagmi, Ethers.js, or similar)
3️⃣ Comfortable working directly with product/PM to clarify vague requirements
4️⃣ Strong sense of UX and user flow — able to flag friction points, not just build what's specified
5️⃣ Experience with responsive design and production-grade frontend delivery
6️⃣ Prior Web3/crypto product experience is a strong plus (Exchange, DeFi, wallet, or NFT platforms)
7️⃣ Working proficiency in #English — our team is distributed across time zones and English is our primary working language for meetings, docs, and daily communication
8️⃣ Comfortable in a small, fast-paced startup environment
9️⃣ Proficiency in Mandarin #Chinese is preferred, but not required.
