Design Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Design and develop user-facing features from initial concept through to implementation and release.
• Create visually appealing interfaces and implement the front-end business logic required for new capabilities.
• Iterate on product experiences to optimize user engagement, adoption, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define requirements and shape product direction.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar interface design and prototyping tools.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, React, and at least one state management solution.
• Experience working with TypeScript and modern front-end development workflows.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MobX and AWS.
• Experience with continuous deployment environments.
