What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to understand customer problems and implement features from initial design to production delivery.
• Develop high-quality frontend components using TypeScript, React, and React-query.
• Actively contribute to agile software development through code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Improve the reliability, robustness, and uniformity of the main application.
• Work in a cross-functional environment alongside Backend engineers, QA, and UI/UX designers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building frontend applications with React.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• Available for at least 32 hours a week, with at least two days spent at the Utrecht office.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience discussing technical requirements with backend developers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jest/Vitest, msw.js, Webpack, Babel, or ESLint.
• Strong empathy for user-centric decision-making and a focus on the overall user journey.
• Proactive mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
