Technical Recruiter (6-Month Contract)

📍 Tel Aviv, Israel (Remote) | 6-month contract
SentinelOne is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support the hiring of R&D and Product teams during a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers across multiple regions.
What you’ll be doing:
— Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing through offer stage
— Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and analytics talent markets
— Partner with business leaders in Israel, the US, and Prague to develop hiring strategies and attract top technical talent
— Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and structured hiring processes
— Drive recruiting projects aimed at improving hiring processes during the contract period
— Utilize sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage high-quality candidates
— Collaborate closely with interview teams to ensure an efficient and consistent interview experience
What they’re looking for:
— 4–7 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
— Proven experience recruiting within technology companies or startup environments
— Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
— Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
— Experience partnering with global business leaders and hiring managers
— Strong candidate management, negotiation, and closing skills
— Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
— Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and conversion rates
— Strong organizational skills and ability to commit to a 6-month contract
