What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and narrative across hardware and software cycles.
• Own the product backlog in tandem with the Technical Product Owner to set strategic priorities.
• Build and defend business cases, including unit economics and investment rationales, for senior management.
• Scale products into new markets while maintaining standardized scope and managing necessary adaptations.
• Manage peer-level relationships across domains and handle escalations from business unit heads.
• Coordinate go-to-market enablement across field, training, and business organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program leadership, or consulting in complex environments.
• Proven track record with digital or hybrid (HW+SW) products and international rollouts.
• Strong experience in strategic backlog ownership, roadmap management, and prioritization.
• Ability to build and defend business cases and investment rationales for senior management.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Comfortable with technical discussions regarding cloud, APIs, IoT, or embedded systems.
