What you will do

• Present and configure Vusion IoT solutions to meet the requirements of leading retailers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate implementation projects, monitor deadlines, and control costs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, IT infrastructure, and solution configuration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational, technical, and installation requests.
• Lead pre-sales project teams to prepare for large-scale retailer roll-outs.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or Software Engineering.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Implementation Project Manager.
• Solid background in networking, IT infrastructure, and software applications.
• Must be based in or able to work from Torri Bianche, Italy.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript (ability to read and modify code/scripts).
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and IoT industries.
