What you will do

• Lead the design and maintenance of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Contribute to end-to-end solution design, ensuring data architecture aligns with business and technology objectives.
• Define and enforce data modelling standards and best practices across the organization.
• Provide leadership for strategic initiatives, including the Insurance Core Platform (ICP) and Finance Modernisation.
• Collaborate with Data Architecture and Engineering teams to define scalable solution patterns.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust data models and solution designs.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is required (sponsorship may be considered at company discretion).
• Extensive experience in enterprise data modelling, specifically with Data Vault and dimensional modelling.
• Strong domain knowledge of insurance data (Finance, Claims, or Actuarial).
• Experience contributing to solution architecture within large-scale data platforms.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to act as both a hands-on modeller and a strategic advisor.
