TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must attend the office in Dublin twice a week

What you will do

• Own data and AI security policies, standards, and secure-by-design patterns for information protection.
• Engineer and govern data protection controls utilizing Microsoft Purview.
• Operate and improve Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and AI Security Posture Management (AISPM) practices.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and AI Governance stakeholders to ensure controls meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide SME input for incident response related to data leakage or AI-specific security issues.
• Conduct security architecture reviews for data platforms, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in data security or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing data protection controls in Microsoft Purview.
• Knowledge of adversarial AI techniques (e.g., prompt injection, model poisoning, evasion attacks).
• Experience delivering control governance, remediation workflows, and evidence-based reporting.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, MS SC-400, or Microsoft AI Co-Pilot.
• Strong understanding of data protection concepts including classification, least privilege, and encryption.

Nice to have

• Exposure to DSPM concepts and tooling beyond M365.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act concepts and practical security controls.
• Experience securing AI/ML services on AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
