What you will do

• Lead technical delivery within an established Sitecore squad for a large-scale digital platform.
• Perform hands-on development across the Sitecore platform and the wider .NET ecosystem.
• Coach and mentor engineers to raise the overall technical capability of the team.
• Drive engineering best practices regarding code quality, testing, security, and performance.
• Review architecture and technical designs to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure smooth delivery and reduce bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience developing enterprise applications using Sitecore (XP/XM).
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and Azure-hosted cloud-native development.
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring in an Agile environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience with Sitecore Headless or JSS.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and Docker containerisation.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Background in consultancy or complex enterprise environments.
