What you will do

• Create visually strong, modern UI for the company's website, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• Independently drive strategically important projects from initial concept to final, development-ready mockups.
• Shape design concepts and propose visual visions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the UX/Technical Designer and Art Director to maintain the visual bar.

Requirements

• Strong web design portfolio demonstrating high-level visual mastery and aesthetically flawless interfaces.
• Deep expertise in typography, composition, color, and working with design systems.
• Fluent proficiency in Figma for creating design systems and handoffs.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversion design (PPC) for advertising landing pages.
• Ability to use generative AI tools and implement modern web effects (animations, micro-interactions).
• Understanding of frontend basics including HTML, CSS, and JS.
