TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Liège, Belgium hub with a hybrid working model (up to 50% remote).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end group consolidation and production of financial reporting packages.
- Drive technical accounting initiatives including IFRS developments, PPA, and impairment testing.
- Improve closing and reporting efficiency through process redesign and automation.
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and M&A projects.
- Monitor subsidiary performance and flag financial deviations.
- Coach and develop junior finance team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in group finance environments with strong consolidation and reporting expertise.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience with audited financial statements.
- Strong focus on process optimization, digitalization, and automation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and autonomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management across all levels.
- Must be able to work from the Liège, Belgium office on a hybrid basis.
