What you will do
- Lead product engineering and innovation for the BMS platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and advanced product delivery.
- Oversee requirements gathering, traceability, and verification for all BMS-related deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute a multi-year product roadmap with a focus on modular design.
- Manage the full lifecycle of BMS solutions from concept and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement.
- Champion the integration of digital intelligence and edge computing for predictive diagnostics and grid interaction.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in energy storage or grid technology, including 10+ years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in BMS architecture, power electronics, and real-time control firmware.
- Proven experience with RTOS, embedded C/C++, I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN protocols.
- Familiarity with functional safety standards such as ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or ISO 13849.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Product Innovation, or a related technical discipline.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Proficiency in German, Danish, or Swedish.
- Certifications in electronics development, embedded software safety, or firmware architecture.
