What you will do

• Monitor Azure infrastructure and Grafana dashboards to ensure system health.
• Perform initial incident triage and investigate issues using logs and monitoring tools.
• Execute standard remediation procedures and escalate complex incidents as needed.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and actions taken.
• Support Azure resources and participate in on-call rotations with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Must be based in the European Union and hold a valid work permit.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• Experience using AI-powered assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and PowerShell or Bash scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC using defined workflows or prompt patterns.
• Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows and automation.
