TL;DR
Senior AI-DevOps Engineer (Azure): Building and operating a self-service Resource Provider platform for cloud infrastructure onboarding and governance with an accent on Infrastructure-as-Code and AI-augmented engineering workflows. Location: Remote Poland (Kraków hub)
Salary: 208,000 – 312,000 PLN

What you will do
- Design and evolve reusable cloud provider patterns using Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi).
- Develop and maintain the platform's REST API contract layer using Python and FastAPI.
- Build CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions, utilizing OIDC authentication and reusable workflows.
- Collaborate with consumer and supplier teams to document integration patterns and track adoption metrics.
- Implement AI tooling in daily development workflows, including code reviews and automation.
- Manage production incident response and root-cause analysis as part of a weekly on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- 5+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or platform engineering, with 2+ years focused on cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with IaC frameworks such as Pulumi, Terraform, Bicep, or CDK.
- Proficiency in building REST APIs with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
- Strong knowledge of Azure fundamentals, including Landing Zone patterns and identity management.
- Strong written English proficiency for working in async-first, distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pulumi Automation API or provider development.
- Kubernetes access governance experience (RBAC, AKS).
- Background in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Experience building internal AI developer tooling or prompt libraries.
