What you will do

• Build the product strategy and roadmap for emerging gaming platforms.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and player feedback loops to identify new product opportunities.
• Design and optimize gameplay, onboarding, progression, and monetization models to increase engagement.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to launch, aligning priorities across Engineering and Business Development.
• Analyze player behavior, funnels, and A/B test results to make data-driven product decisions.
• Establish internal knowledge and best practices for succeeding on future gaming platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Development, or Game Design within free-to-play games.
• Deep understanding of casual games, player motivation, LiveOps, and product optimization.
• Highly analytical with strong experience using KPIs, retention metrics, and monetization data.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based within CET ±2 hours.
