What you will do

• Develop marketable features for the hirify.global app using TypeScript, Vue, and Vite.
• Take technical ownership of frontend subsystems, ensuring long-term maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify architectural bottlenecks and drive proactive remediation strategies.
• Write technical design documents for domain-level initiatives and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards through thorough code reviews and documentation.
• Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to customer delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
• Strong knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, browser APIs, performance, and security.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and write technical design documents.
• Must be based in Europe.
