What you will do

• Design and implement user-facing features for the Operation Center using React and TypeScript.
• Own the frontend architecture for new components and workflows to ensure clean and maintainable code.
• Optimize development output and workflows by leveraging modern AI coding tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Mentor peers, drive technical decisions, and shape front-end best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building complex, modern web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv, Israel
