What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences via voice and digital channels for business clients.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer enquiries to ensure timely and complete resolution.
  • Support business customers with billing, technical issues, account management, and contract renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Resolve complaints and complex concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and partners to solve technical and service-related issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, contact centers, or account management environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with business clients.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
  • Resilience and adaptability when handling challenging conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
  • Must be based in South Australia to fulfill hybrid work requirements.
