What you will do
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences via voice and digital channels for business clients.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer enquiries to ensure timely and complete resolution.
- Support business customers with billing, technical issues, account management, and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Resolve complaints and complex concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and partners to solve technical and service-related issues.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, contact centers, or account management environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with business clients.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced settings.
- Resilience and adaptability when handling challenging conversations.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
- Must be based in South Australia to fulfill hybrid work requirements.
