What you will do
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Manage the full reservations process, including creating bookings and identifying up-sell opportunities.
- Perform accurate financial quoting, payment handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain high standards of data entry within internal booking systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
Requirements
- Must have 12 months of experience in a reservations role, preferably in the accommodation industry.
- Must hold a current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Demonstrated experience in a contact centre or administrative environment.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
