Senior Algorithm Engineer (RTB)

Senior Algorithm Engineer (RTB): Building and evolving large-scale machine learning models for real-time bidding and auction optimization with an accent on low-latency performance and price prediction. Focus on taking models from research through production to improve advertiser performance and marketplace efficiency.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy real-time bidding models including bid optimization, price prediction, and CTR/CVR estimation.
• Own the full machine learning lifecycle from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Build and evolve large-scale ML models serving low-latency, high-throughput production traffic.
• Analyze auction and marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities and translate insights into algorithmic improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to transform marketplace goals into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building machine learning and deep learning solutions end-to-end.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience building ML solutions for real-time bidding (RTB) or programmatic advertising.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python or Java.
• Proven ability to take models from prototype to scalable production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building large-scale deep learning recommendation systems.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
