What you will do

• Lead data science initiatives that directly improve therapy sessions for clinicians.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end AI models from the research phase through to production.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies into behavioral health products.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on complex modeling tasks.
• Collaborate with product and clinical experts to shape the company’s product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a data scientist.
• 3+ years of experience in production-grade Python.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end AI models including data cleaning and feature engineering.
• Experience with NLP, LLM applications, and Generative AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from A to Z.

Nice to have

• Experience in Speech & Audio domain (Speech-to-text, speaker identification, diarization).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
