What you will do

• Partner with CRMX and HVC teams to define business requirements for customer retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Act as a subject matter expert on retention-based martech tools, advising stakeholders on capabilities and trade-offs.
• Translate business use cases into detailed data requirements, including schemas, event tracking, and segmentation logic.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with external data engineering teams, managing priorities and quality standards.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Validate implemented solutions and provide reporting to quantify the value of data activation on business KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in North London, UK.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, retention strategies, and CRM/loyalty programs.
• Hands-on experience with martech platforms, event tracking, and personalization.
