What you will do

• Develop, launch, and optimize gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Create and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging player experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative gamification solutions.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign performance and player insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, Gamification, Retention, or Product Marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention mechanics, and bonus systems.
• Experience working with segmentation and player data.
• Proven experience designing promotions, missions, tournaments, or loyalty programs.
• Proficiency with BI tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required
