What you will do
- Develop and optimize gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging player experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative solutions.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations based on player insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, or Retention within the iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and player segmentation.
- Hands-on experience managing gamification tools and engagement mechanics.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Location: Must be based in Europe.
