What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for content management and internal tooling.
  • Build platforms that improve efficiency in the process of creating and managing content.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features and capabilities.
  • Advocate for engineering needs to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor teammates through constructive feedback and code reviews to foster a culture of growth.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration to drive platform improvements and new ideas.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with performance optimization and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize delivery efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating well-structured design documents.
  • Experience in mentoring others and contributing to continuous team growth.
