What you will do

• Develop, test, and productionize forecasting algorithms using machine learning and statistical inference.
• Design and maintain ML models for personalized recommendations and supply chain processes.
• Own the technical strategy and long-term vision for ML platform architecture.
• Guide cross-functional teams on ML strategy, integration, and engineering excellence.
• Define and evangelize data science best practices and standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to scale non-food offerings.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Data Science with a focus on end-to-end workflows.
• 5+ years of experience with forecasting techniques or optimization.
• Proven track record of building or scaling ML platforms across the full lifecycle.
• Solid programming skills in Python, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Deep operational knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and experience with LLMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
• Expertise in supply chain planning.
