What you will do

• Oversee and review the AML/CTF Program and associated policies and procedures.
• Manage Senior Manager escalations for complex AML cases to determine retain or ban decisions.
• Conduct rigorous Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) by reconstructing and verifying client Source of Wealth (SoW).
• Perform AML investigations, including adverse media screening, CCTV reviews, and transaction enquiries.
• Oversee the development, testing, and reporting of AML compliance controls.
• Maintain AML training documentation and internal compliance communications across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Gaming or Banking sectors.
• Deep understanding of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) frameworks, specifically the distinction between Source of Wealth (SoW) and Source of Funds (SoF).
• Proven experience in handling Senior Manager escalations.
• Familiarity with risk controls and regulatory AML requirements within a gaming environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (desirable).
• CAMS qualification is considered a significant advantage.
