Software Engineer Intern (E-Series)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States; hybrid work with in-office and/or in-person expectations

What you will do

• Collaborate with scrum teams and test engineers to build and maintain hardware configurations.
• Validate customer use cases and integrate new product features.
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot lab equipment and datacenter environments.
• Develop and improve automated testing processes.
• Execute manual and automated tests while continuing to learn current engineering practices.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an educational or professional program.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Python, Perl, or Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, BitBucket, VSCode, and Ansible.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Availability for 20 hours per week across 5 days.
