What you will do

• Review AI-generated role profiles, ensuring accuracy in skills, proficiency levels, and priority assignments.
• Implement deterministic agentic flows using tools like Claude to scale QA activities.
• Collaborate with Data Science to define and track QA metrics to improve AI output quality.
• Maintain documentation for QA workflows and refine quality standards.
• Review taxonomies to ensure the accuracy of skills, tasks, and role titles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA, data analysis, or a similar data-accuracy focused role.
• 1+ years of experience using Agentic tools for QA.
• Basic knowledge of Agentic technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and sharp eye for detail.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP outputs, AI-generated content, or taxonomy systems.
• Interest in HR technology and talent management.
• Experience writing acceptance criteria or quality metrics for data.
• Experience setting up processes or workflows from scratch.
