What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production deployments of the Jean-Paul AI agent platform for strategic customers.
• Perform technical discovery and scoping to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Deploy the platform into diverse environments, including customer VPCs, on-prem Docker hosts, and behind complex firewalls.
• Configure SSO, AI providers (Bedrock, Vertex, Azure, Anthropic), and MCP connections to customer systems.
• Build the context layer for AI connectors to ensure agent accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate field challenges into roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering or technical deployment experience.
• Proven experience with Linux, Docker, networking, and major cloud platforms.
• Experience with enterprise SSO and OAuth implementation.
• Practical experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or AI agents.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous stakeholder requirements and define a future technical state.
