What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems using Node 20 LTS and Azure.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and SQL database schemas including complex queries and ORM implementation.
• Build and maintain frontend and mobile interfaces utilizing Next.js, React, and React Native.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Manage cloud deployments on Azure, implementing CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker.
• Ensure backend systems are secure and compliant with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Node and React.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js 20 LTS and backend frameworks like Express.js, Fastify, or NestJS.
• Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions).
• Must be based in EST or CST time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
