Location: Hybrid (Milford, Michigan). Must be able to report to local office.

What you will do
- Lead technical solutions, specifying requirements and performing functional decomposition.
- Develop software system design content and resolve software anomalies.
- Provide common software solutions across all GM in-house controllers.
- Document requirements and link them to test cases to demonstrate functionality.
- Utilize automated test tools in build environments, benches, and vehicles.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver quality automotive solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (6+ years exp) or Master's degree (4+ years exp) in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Must be based in or be able to report to the local office in Milford, Michigan.
- Experience with C programming and ISO26262 Functional Safety software design.
- Proficiency in Simulink Modeling, Auto Code Generation, and ASPICE.
- Knowledge of CAN and LIN communications.
- Experience with JIRA, Github, and Agile development practices.
