What you will do

• Lead technical solutions, specifying requirements and performing functional decomposition.
• Develop software system design content and resolve software anomalies.
• Provide common software solutions across all GM in-house controllers.
• Document requirements and link them to test cases to demonstrate functionality.
• Utilize automated test tools in build environments, benches, and vehicles.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver quality automotive solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (6+ years exp) or Master's degree (4+ years exp) in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
• Must be based in or be able to report to the local office in Milford, Michigan.
• Experience with C programming and ISO26262 Functional Safety software design.
• Proficiency in Simulink Modeling, Auto Code Generation, and ASPICE.
• Knowledge of CAN and LIN communications.
• Experience with JIRA, Github, and Agile development practices.
