What you will do

• Conduct desktop QA reviews of application files, documentation, and photographs to verify program compliance.
• Perform in-field inspections of completed residential installations to confirm adherence to technical specifications.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for trade allies, providing direct feedback and guidance on corrective actions.
• Document findings and issue corrective action requests to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze QA/QC findings and defect trends to identify root causes and suggest program improvements.
• Collaborate with the Trade Ally Network Manager and Project Coordinator to mitigate quality-related risks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction, retrofit delivery, or quality inspection.
• Ability to travel 30–50% of the time across Ontario.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QA tracking platforms.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional certifications such as BPI or HRAI.
• Experience with residential building systems, specifically HVAC and insulation.
• Familiarity with utility-administered or province-regulated DSM programs.
• Experience supporting income-qualified or equity-focused energy efficiency programs.
