What you will do

  • Set up campaigns based on content goals and platform strategies
  • Turn campaign ideas into actionable briefs for creators and vet talent using data and instinct
  • Own outreach from initial contact to closing deals and negotiate within budget
  • Coordinate creator onboarding including timelines, contracts, and payments
  • Track campaign progress and report results using internal tools
  • Bring own content ideas to life on social platforms if desired

Requirements

  • Location: Must work on-site in Portugal
  • Active on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms with understanding of platform-specific content
  • Organized, self-motivated with strong follow-through and communication skills
  • Some content creation experience and basic video editing or filming skills
  • Genuine interest in travel, storytelling, and creator culture
