What you will do

• Create mathematical models for slot machines and card games.
• Tune and model complex systems using Excel and statistical methods.
• Develop and maintain storyboards, wireframes, and design documentation.
• Write narrative elements and messaging for game features.
• Collaborate with software engineers to test and verify math model simulations.
• Analyze user metrics and feedback to iterate on game designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in casino game development and math model design.
• Extensive knowledge of real money or social casino games and player psychology.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, with preference for VBA experience.
• Programming experience in C/C++, C#, Java, or VBA.
• Strong understanding of game balance, pacing, and combinatorics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economy, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Experience with Balsamiq Mockups, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
