What you will do

• Design and develop backend services for banking and financial products.
• Build scalable microservices and integration solutions.
• Implement REST APIs and asynchronous integrations.
• Optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL database performance.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proven experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservice architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or Go.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience with high-load and mission-critical systems.
