What you will do

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Determine appropriate room types and rates based on guest needs and availability.
• Utilize sales and upselling techniques to maximize property revenue.
• Manage waitlists, no-show reservations, and process late cancellation fees.
• Coordinate with sales departments to handle group rooming lists and reservation cards.
• Maintain accurate guest and booking data within the reservation system.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited university.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Past experience in sales, reservations, or guest services within the luxury market is a plus.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
