What you will do

• Process reservation requests, modifications, cancellations, special requests, and room-type selections.
• Verify availability and rates, explain guarantee and cancellation policies, and maintain accurate reservation system data.
• Use negotiation, sales, and upselling techniques to maximize property revenue.
• Coordinate group rooming lists, reservation cards, sales support, and guest service requests.
• Monitor no-shows, late cancellation fees, reservation reports, waitlists, and daily reservation accuracy.
• Answer guest questions about hotel facilities, services, and accommodations while escalating concerns appropriately.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited university.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Ability to manage reservation requests accurately and provide courteous guest service.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, reservation procedures, and revenue-focused booking practices.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales and marketing, reservations, guest services, or a related professional area.
• Experience in a luxury market.
