hirify.global is building a transparent, permissionless onchain trading stack for stocks, commodities, currencies, and crypto.

What you will do

  • Source, pitch, and close high-volume traders, including prop traders, HNWIs, and funds.
  • Develop and implement the VIP sales playbook, including SOPs for outreach, onboarding, and retention.
  • Manage a network of large, active leveraged traders and provide white-glove onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Product and Liquidity teams to share trader feedback on spreads, fees, and execution.
  • Drive VIP trading volume and retention while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Support affiliate acquisition by converting trader relationships into partnerships.

Requirements

  • Background in sales or business development supporting high-volume or institutional traders (CEX, FX/CFD, or prop trading).
  • Existing network of active trader relationships that can be activated immediately.
  • Deep understanding of leveraged trading, including funding rates, spreads, and market structure.
  • Ability to operate in both crypto-native and traditional finance environments.
  • Preference for candidates based in APAC with the ability to collaborate with a US-based team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset capable of building processes from scratch in a startup.

Nice to have

  • Existing affiliate or KOL network within trading communities.
  • Proficiency in APAC trading hub languages (Mandarin, Korean, or Vietnamese).
  • Experience at a perpetuals DEX, brokerage, or derivatives-focused CEX.
