Sales Development Representative

Project/Company: Lisk

Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses — bringing crypto infrastructure into a modern, simple workspace across web and mobile to replace fragmented corporate financial tooling.

Candidates must be able to cover the European time zone and travel to events and conferences as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Drive outbound prospecting & lead generation across email, LinkedIn, IRL events and other channels to create new sales pipeline.
- Manage outreach tooling and automation to optimize sequences and lead list quality.
- Execute event-based prospecting, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up.
- Own CRM hygiene and data integrity, including lead tracking, status, and reporting.
- Refine ICP, messaging, and sales assets based on customer discovery and sales learnings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share prospect insights and support product/marketing feedback loops.
- Analyze channel performance and run rapid experiments & A/B tests to optimize outreach ROI.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in fintech and/or crypto.
- Proven track record of creating pipelines from scratch and maintaining high outreach cadence.
- Strong outreach skills across channels, objection handling, and consistently booking qualified meetings.
- Disciplined CRM hygiene and experience leveraging modern sales tooling for repeatable workflows.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving product narratives, and working under pressure.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

Nice to have:

- Deep network within fintech, crypto, or finance-ops ecosystems.
- Experience building pipelines in early-stage, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency administering sales tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist).
- Proven experience selling into fintech, finance-ops, or crypto/onchain markets.
- Strong analytical instincts for channel experimentation and ROI prioritization.
- Experience using AI to generate leads cost-effectively on autopilot.
