What you will do

• Develop and maintain production-grade systems for lead routing, enrichment, and demand capture.
• Automate manual GTM processes using event-driven tools and LLM-based agents.
• Build and optimize deliverability infrastructure including SPF/DKIM/DMARC and bounce handling.
• Integrate ad-platform data with down-funnel pipeline metrics to automate bidding and testing.
• Instrument inbound funnels to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with revenue goals.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must be based in Latin America and available for US Pacific-overlap hours.
• Proven experience shipping production systems as a software or data engineer.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, including REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Hands-on experience building automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Clay.
• Demonstrable experience building applications using LLMs (Claude, GPT, or Gemini).

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce data models.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
