Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA (Office Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday)
Salary: $165,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Design and build backend services and APIs for patient booking, clinician routing, and logistics.
- Develop full-stack product features from data modeling and business logic to UI and user flows.
- Solve complex operational challenges regarding scheduling, dispatch, and error prevention at scale.
- Integrate with external health systems, telemedicine platforms, and medical devices in a secure way.
- Collaborate with product, data, and clinical teams to translate real-world problems into software.
- Own projects from 0→1 and make critical architectural decisions to evolve engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years building and scaling backend or full-stack systems in production.
- Experience leading projects from architecture and planning to delivery and iteration.
- Proven ability to mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and guidance.
- Experience in high-growth startups or 0→1 product environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Menlo Park, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience in health tech, logistics, or operationally complex environments.
- Knowledge of supply/demand dynamics, routing, scheduling, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, security, and privacy best practices in regulated environments.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and pipelines.
