What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for public sector and U.S. government customers in secure, air-gapped, and classified environments.
- Perform deep technical investigations using Linux CLI and internals to trace issues across infrastructure and code paths.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to identify root causes and drive durable product fixes.
- Create and maintain reusable technical documentation and support content to improve customer self-service.
- Build and refine internal support tools, automation, and troubleshooting utilities.
- Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations to provide emergency support for self-managed customers.
Requirements
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Strong Linux systems administration knowledge and ability to troubleshoot performance in complex environments.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of customer-facing support cases, from triage to resolution.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Ruby or Bash) and familiarity with MVC frameworks like Ruby on Rails.
- Practical experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and security controls (DISA STIG, SELinux).

- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tooling and gateway architectures (e.g., Duo).
